Αίτημα κήρυξης της περιοχής σε κατάσταση Έκτακτης Ανάγκης
Ο Δήμος Πύργου ενημερώνει πως όσοι έχουν υποστεί ζημιές από το καιρικό φαινόμενο του ανεμοστρόβιλου που έπληξε την περιοχή του Πύργου το βράδυ της Κυριακής (20/11), μπορούν να το δηλώσουν στο Τμήμα Πολιτικής Προστασίας (Λάτσειο Δημοτικό Μέγαρο) κατά τις εργάσιμες ώρες.
Επίσης, ο Δήμαρχος Πύργου Παναγιώτης Αντωνακόπουλος προχώρησε στην αποστολή επιστολής προς τα Υπουργεία Εσωτερικών, Υποδομών, Ανάπτυξης, ενημερώνοντας για τις καταστροφές που συνέβησαν και τα προβλήματα που δημιουργήθηκαν.
Παράλληλα, με επιστολή προς τον Περιφερειάρχη Δυτ. Ελλάδας κ. Νεκτάριο Φαρμάκη ζητείται η κήρυξη του Πύργου σε κατάσταση έκτακτης ανάγκης πολιτικής προστασίας λόγω των συμβάντων φυσικών καταστροφών.
