Δωρεάν rapid test στην Αμαλιάδα την Τρίτη 29 Νοεμβρίου και την Παρασκευή 2 Δεκεμβρίου στο ισόγειο του Συνεδριακού Κέντρου της Αμαλιάδας, στη Σοχιά.
Την Τρίτη 29 Νοεμβρίου και την Παρασκευή 2 Δεκεμβρίου και ώρα 9.00 το πρωί με 3.00 το μεσημέρι, στο ισόγειο του Συνεδριακού Κέντρου της Αμαλιάδας, στη Σοχιά, θα πραγματοποιηθούν τεστ ταχείας ανίχνευσης (rapid tests) κρουσμάτων νέου κορωνοϊού (covid-19) από κλιμάκιο του ΕΟΔΥ σε πολίτες της περιοχής στο πλαίσιο ευρύτερων δειγματοληπτικών ελέγχων και περιορισμού της διασποράς της πανδημίας covid-19. Υπενθυμίζουμε ότι θα πρέπει οι ενδιαφερόμενοι να γνωρίζουν το ΑΜΚΑ τους και ένα κινητό τηλέφωνο. Οι ανήλικοι θα πρέπει ή να συνοδεύονται από τους γονείς τους ή να προσκομίζουν στο κλιμάκιο υπεύθυνη δήλωση συναίνεσης του γονέα επικυρωμένη από το ΚΕΠ ή από το www.gov.gr (έκδοση υπεύθυνης δήλωσης). Βεβαίωση αρνητικού διαγνωστικού ελέγχου κορωνοϊού COVID-19 (αποτέλεσμα rapid test) μπορείτε να εκτυπώσετε στη σελίδα www.gov.gr στις υπηρεσίες Υγείας και Πρόνοιας χρησιμοποιώντας τους προσωπικούς κωδικούς του taxis και το ΑΜΚΑ. Ή μπορείτε να αντιγράψετε το παρακάτω link χρησιμοποιώντας τους προσωπικούς κωδικούς του taxis και το ΑΜΚΑ για την έκδοση της βεβαίωσης.
